PICK-UP ORDERS:
To save you time, we will phone you when your order is ready to pick-up. We make a concentrated effort to load your
truck quickly to reduce your turn-around time, provided the truck arrives during our regular loading hours. Adequate
tarps to protect and secure the load are the responsibility of and should be provided by the purchaser.
Nursery stock from Davis Tree Farm has been inspected by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and is certified to be healthy
and true to name.

For
your convenience we accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
All
prices are F.O.B. Valley City, Ohio and are subject to change without notice. Prices, when listed, cancel all previous
quotations.
Terms are net 30 on approved credit. All new accounts are cash on delivery
until credit line is approved. Past due accounts will be assesses a 1.5% service charge per month. Any accounts
90 days or older will automatically revert to cash basis.
LIABILITY: At the time plants are picked up at our
nursery, the buyer assumes full responsibility. If delivered by a trucking company, the liability ends when the plants
are loaded on the carrier truck. Delivery by Davis Tree Farm liability ceases upon delivery and acceptance of products
by the buyer or his agent.
CLAIMS: All claims must be made immediately at the time
the shipment is received. In no case shall the liability of Davis Tree Farm exceed the original invoice value.
